The Beginning of the year comes with its own stress:  you may be coming back from a long time of work.

  • Get more physical activity If you’re feeling stressed, engaging in regular physical activity can be a great way to alleviate stress and improve your mood.
  • Eat a balanced diet. Your diet has a significant impact on your overall health, including your mental well-being. It’s important to maintain a healthy and balanced diet to support optimal physical and mental health.
  • Minimize phone use and screen time Using smartphones, computers, and tablets excessively can increase stress levels, so avoid using them constantly.
